a customer service model that was fundamentally different from every financial company

Our model removes the typical “home office” bureaucratic quagmire
from the picture entirely. Rather than simply pass you off to a
remote, warehouse-sized call center for product or service
support—like most other financial service providers—our customer
service begins and ends with a single phone call to Shurwest.

No Voice Mail |
|
Customer service is effective only through person-to-person contact.
As such, we steadfastly refuse to use voicemail during business
hours. Call Shurwest Financial Group and a real person will answer
the phone by the second ring!

When you call us, your call is answered by someone you’ve talked
to before, who not only knows your business and is familiar with
your needs, but also can confidently answer your questions and
