We Handle the Home Office
Our model removes the typical “home office” bureaucratic quagmire from the picture entirely. Rather than simply pass you off to a remote, warehouse-sized call center for product or service support—like most other financial service providers—our customer service begins and ends with a single phone call to Shurwest.
No Voice Mail
Customer service is effective only through person-to-person contact. As such, we steadfastly refuse to use voicemail during business hours. Call Shurwest Financial Group and a real person will answer the phone by the second ring!
We Know Your Business
